Every diet you've ever tried has failed you for one reason: it never told you when to eat.
Your body runs on two energy systems. One burns sugar. The other burns fat. Most people never spend a single day in the second one.
Around eight to ten hours without food, the switch flips. Ketones flood your brain. Hunger quiets. Mental clarity hits. Healing turns on. This is what fasting expert Dr. Mindy Pelz has been teaching for over 25 years, and what her book Fast Like a Girl made impossible to ignore.
For women, timing is everything. Day 1 to 10, fast longer and lift heavier. Day 11 to 15, testosterone surges and libido climbs. Day 16 to 19 is for deeper fasts. After day 20, progesterone needs you to back off and rest. Fast like a man during the back half of your cycle and you'll tank the very hormones keeping you calm and regular.
Underneath all of it sits the hormonal hierarchy. Oxytocin at the top. Cortisol below it. Then insulin. Then sex hormones. When you feel safe and connected, the whole stack works. When you don't, nothing else matters. Connection isn't optional for women. It's biology.

Learn the fasting cycle for women, Dr. Mindy's day-by-day framework that syncs your fasting window, workout intensity, and food choices to your menstrual cycle Uncover why your menstrual cycle is a monthly detox rather than a burden, and what an irregular or absent cycle is actually telling you about your body Discover why timing your eating matters more than what you eat, and how the ketogenic energy system unlocks fat burning, mental clarity, and steady energy Understand the hormonal hierarchy, how oxytocin, cortisol, insulin, and sex hormones stack on each other, and why female community and connection function as biological medicine Find out what long-term birth control does to the gut microbiome and the brain-ovary connection, and why so many women struggle with hormonal imbalances after coming off the pillFor more information go to https://lewishowes.com/1928

Your money beliefs were locked in by the time you were seven years old. The patterns showing up in your bank account right now started somewhere in your childhood. And most of the financial advice you have been given is aimed at the wrong target.
Financial educator Haley Sacks, a.k.a. Mrs. Dow Jones, author of Future Rich Person: The New Rules for Building Wealth, breaks down why obsessing over lattes and pre-chopped vegetables is a waste of your financial energy. Negotiating your salary, understanding compound interest, learning to earn more. That is what actually moves the needle.
There's a real difference between looking rich and being rich. Looking rich is the designer logo, the signal, the illusion. Being rich is driving a Jeep, buying back your time, and not needing anyone to notice. Haley shares how she blew her first $3,000 windfall on an oversized fake Louis Vuitton bag on eBay and couldn't make rent that month. The bag is still on her shelf as a reminder.
Haley calls it learned financial helplessness. When you feel like the system is completely stacked against you and there is no real path to win, you stop trying and start looking for shortcuts. Faking rich becomes the move. But once you name what is working against you, you take back some of the power. That is where her IBIZA money mindset program (Identify, Blame, Interrupt, Z, Action) comes in.
You do not need a high salary to build wealth. A janitor named Ronald died with $8 million because he always kept action money, the money left after expenses, and put it to work in low-cost index funds consistently over time. The billionaires are investing in the same vehicles available to you right now. The only question is whether you start.

Most people don't realize they have a ceiling on their success. Not a skill ceiling. A preference ceiling. Brendon Burchard calls it the complexity ceiling, and it's the invisible line where your comfort wins over your vision.
The highest performers in the world share one non-negotiable: their preferences never outrank their aspirational self. They don't wait to feel ready. They generate the feeling they need and act from that place.
Brendon introduces his FREE framework (Feeling, Responsibility, Expression, Expansion), a four-part system for creating your internal state on purpose, every day, regardless of what's hitting you from the outside. It's the methodology he breaks down fully in High Performance Habits.
Lewis and Brendon also go deep on what happens when you succeed beyond what you believed was possible, and why that moment can trigger imposter syndrome or total emptiness if your belief never caught up to your achievement.
This one is about becoming the person your future self already is. It starts with one question: does your preference win today, or does your vision?

Graham Stephan was relentless about one thing before he had anything else: not spending money he did not have to spend. He calculated the gas cost of visiting a friend and decided it was not worth it. Most people would call that extreme. He calls it the foundation.
The habits he built early, consistency, focus, and ruthless saving, did not feel heroic in the moment. They felt boring. But boring done every single day is what compounded into real estate commissions, YouTube income, and an investment portfolio split evenly between property, index funds, and cash.
What he did not do was wait until he felt ready. He held off on starting his YouTube channel for years because he did not have a Lamborghini like the other guys. When he finally started, none of that mattered.
The deeper conversation here is about what money actually means once you have enough of it. Graham is not chasing a bigger number. He wants to buy back his time, to read a book on a Tuesday if he feels like it. That shift from accumulation to freedom is where this episode gets genuinely interesting.
In this episode you will:
Discover the three specific habits Graham used to go from nothing to his first million and why saving was the most underrated one Learn how he structures his investments today across real estate, index funds, and cash, and the simple daily routine he uses to stay consistent Understand why waiting until you feel credible is the trap that keeps most people from ever starting Rethink what you believe about renting versus buying a home and when each choice actually makes financial sense Shift how you think about the end goal of building wealth, from hitting a number to designing a life that gives you your time backFor more information go to https://lewishowes.com/1925

Anita Moorjani did everything right. She ate organic, avoided sugar, studied cancer prevention obsessively. She still got lymphoma. That contradiction is the entire point.
Growing up as an Indian woman in Hong Kong, caught between British culture and a community that valued sons over daughters, Anita learned one thing above all else: make yourself small and keep everyone happy. That lesson followed her for 40 years, through a canceled arranged marriage, a cancer diagnosis, and a four-year deterioration that ended with her in a coma, 85 pounds, and organs failing.
Then she left her body. In that expanded state, she saw clearly for the first time: it wasn't the cancer that had been killing her. It was the fear.
When she came back, every trace of cancer was gone within three weeks. Doctors flew in from the US just to study her case. None of them could explain it.
What Anita brought back is a message she's been sharing for 20 years: you don't need to earn your place in the world, you already are what you've been spending your life trying to become.
Anita?s books:
Dying to Be Me Sensitive Is the New Strong: The Power of Empaths in an Increasingly Harsh World What If This Is Heaven?: How Our Cultural Myths Prevent Us from Experiencing Heaven on EarthAnita's Sedona Healing Retreat
In this episode you will:
Understand why living in constant fear can manifest as serious physical illness - and how shifting from fear-based choices to love-based ones changes everything Discover what Anita experienced during her 30-hour coma, including what she saw, heard, and understood outside her physical body Learn the mirror exercise that helped Anita rebuild self-worth from scratch after coming back from the edge of death Recognize how people-pleasing and self-repression show up in the body, and why your authentic self will keep demanding to be heard Apply Anita's framework for replacing fear of what you don't want with a focused attention on what you actually want to createFor more information go to https://lewishowes.com/1924

Kevin Love has an NBA championship ring, five All-Star selections, and an Olympic gold medal. He also had a panic attack that changed everything.
In this conversation, he gets radically honest about what it means to carry anxiety, rage, and childhood wounds into a life that looks like success from the outside. He talks about nine years of estrangement from his parents, the reconciliation that came just before his father died, and what becoming a father himself has taught him about what it means to finally become a man.
What comes through most is this: the things you don't say will find a way out. Kevin built a career on channeling pain into performance, and now he's doing the harder thing; learning to actually heal. His Kevin Love Fund is bringing emotional language into classrooms so the next generation of kids doesn't have to wait until their 30s to learn what they're feeling.
This is a conversation about athletic mortality, grief, fatherhood, and what it looks like to build a life that matches the work you've done inside.
The Greatness Playbook: The Mental Resilience Edition
In this episode you will:
Learn how to create boundaries with family that are rooted in growth, not punishment, and why subtraction is sometimes the path to finding yourself Understand what it means to face athletic mortality and how to hold your identity when the thing you've chased your whole life starts letting go of you Discover how unprocessed childhood anger can become both the fuel for elite performance and the thing that quietly destroys your relationships Explore why reconciliation and forgiveness can exist alongside pain, and how two completely opposite truths can be real at the same time Find out why the things we don't say are the most dangerous things we carry, and what it looks like to build a life that is relentlessly curious without fearFor more information go to https://lewishowes.com/1923

Dr. Edith Eger was 16 years old when she danced for Josef Mengele at Auschwitz the same night her mother was sent to the gas chamber. She survived. And then she spent decades running from what happened until she finally turned around and walked straight back into it.
What she found there changed everything.
Edith teaches that freedom is not something that happens to you. It is something you choose. Again and again. By becoming your own good parent, facing what you have been carrying, and giving yourself permission to let go.
Anger is not the primary emotion, she says. Underneath it is always fear. And underneath fear is a little child who just needs someone to show up.
This conversation will rearrange something inside you. It is not about forgetting. It is not about overcoming. It is about learning to cherish the wound, and using it to become more alive.

Chloe Kim won her first Olympic gold at 17, became the most dominant athlete in her sport, and then quietly started questioning whether any of it made her feel the way she expected it to.
She reveals that the greatest pressure she ever felt came not from the crowd or the competition but from internalizing the belief that first place was simply where she was supposed to be, making every win feel expected and every loss feel like failure. That belief quietly ate at her for over a decade, and unpacking it took therapy, an ADHD diagnosis at 26, and the brutal test of entering her third Olympics on eight days of snow training after a serious shoulder injury.
What she discovered is something any high achiever will recognize: the version of yourself that performs at the highest level and the version that knows how to rest, feel, and connect are often two very different people, and you have to build the second one on purpose.
This conversation gives you a real look at what it takes to stop measuring your worth by your results, start celebrating smaller wins, and build a life that feels as good as it looks from the outside.
In this episode you will:
Learn how she competed in the 2026 Olympics with only eight days on snow after shoulder surgery, and what genuine grit actually looks like when the outcome is uncertain. Discover how Chloe reframed outside expectations as a crowd of believers instead of a wall of pressure, and use that same mental shift when performance stakes feel crushing. Understand why you cannot eliminate self-doubt and what she does instead to quiet the noise enough to trust muscle memory and show up anyway. Recognize the trap of tying your identity to your results, and follow the perspective shift that helped Chloe finally feel genuine happiness when competitors she loves beat her. Apply Chloe's three personal truths to your own life: keep learning at any age, take care of yourself first, and give yourself real permission to have fun and celebrate the small wins you keep skipping. For more information go to https://lewishowes.com/1921

Ryan Leak spent the last day of his twenties at a speaking event where a woman told him his documentary had pulled a young man off the floor of a crack house and back into life, and that single moment changed how he decided to spend the next decade of his career.
What makes this conversation surprising is how openly Ryan admits he is still working through his own lies, like the belief that the only value he brings to the world is what people see on a stage or a screen.
He talks directly to anyone who has ever burned energy on relationships that were never really friendships, anyone who has reacted to a difficult person and become someone they did not recognize in the process, and anyone who keeps saying yes when everything inside them is asking them to pause.
Ryan lays out a practical case for why becoming proactive instead of reactive is the only real solution to handling difficult people, and why the most generous thing you can give someone is not money but a path to make their own.
The episode closes with a question every listener deserves to sit with: if you stayed on the exact same path for another decade, would you look back knowing you truly went for it, or would you realize you were playing it safe inside something that felt comfortable?

Pastor Michael Todd reveals something most high achievers refuse to admit: the drive fueling their rise is often rooted in a wound they have never faced.
He shares the moment he realized his obsession with greatness traced back to a 12-year-old boy sitting on a maroon chair, told he wasn't good enough to play drums in the big church, and how that single unprocessed moment shaped decades of his life.
That pattern lives in so many of us: we build careers, relationships, and whole identities on top of old damage without ever treating the root. Michael breaks down why people struggle to love and be loved, how unhealed trauma quietly transfers to the people closest to you, and what it actually means to bring your full self to a relationship instead of a defended version.
Whether you're healing inside a committed relationship or doing the work alone, this conversation gives you language and tools to start going to the root. So what you build from here can actually last.

Amy Purdy walked into an operating room at 19 about to lose both legs, and instead of collapsing into fear, she gave herself three goals before the anesthesia took hold.
You know that feeling when life pulls the ground out from under you and every identity you had disappears overnight? Amy has lived that more than once, and what she discovered is that the challenges you most want to escape are actually moving you closer to your purpose, not away from it.
The key is learning to lean into problems rather than run, to find the smallest sliver of possibility and let it grow.
In this conversation, you will walk away with practical tools for building a new identity after loss, understanding why your struggles are not obstacles but doorways, and discovering how staying present transforms the way you compete, create, and connect.

Dr Joe Dispenza drops a finding that most people are not ready for: a seven-day meditation retreat produces measurably greater healing than most pharmaceutical drugs, with 80% of participants expressing the same healing genes by the end.
If you have ever tried to think positive and felt nothing shift, Dr Joe explains why that happens and what your body is actually doing instead. Most of us are unknowingly running 95% of our lives from subconscious programs rooted in the past, and our bodies quite literally cannot accept thoughts that contradict what they have already been conditioned to feel.
The path forward is not more willpower or better affirmations. It is learning to match your thoughts with a new feeling so completely that your biology has no choice but to change.

Michael Pollan cuts through nutrition confusion and exposes the uncomfortable truth: ultra processed foods now make up more than 60% of the American diet, and they're engineered to manipulate your body and brain.
Most foods you think are healthy, like plant-based burgers with 21 synthetic ingredients and diet sodas that trick your metabolism, are actually sabotaging your health and creating cravings that trap you in a cycle of poor eating. Your gut microbiome holds the key to everything from your weight to your mental health, and it's starving without the 30 different plants per week it needs to thrive.
By understanding how food companies exploit your evolutionary instincts for sweetness and fat, you can reclaim control and use Pollan's seven-word mantra to make choices that honor both pleasure and nutrition. The transformation begins when you stop lying to your body about what you're eating and start thinking of food as medicine rather than entertainment.

Most people see Dan Martell's highlight reel: the private jet, the millions, the AI mastery. But they don't know about the angry, ashamed teenager who felt worthless and unlovable, who attempted suicide and spent time in jail.
In this episode, Lewis goes deep into Dan's journey from rock bottom to extraordinary success, unpacking the exact moment he decided not to take his own life and what shifted in his mind to make him believe he deserved love and greatness.
You'll discover that redemption isn't about forgetting your past, it's about extracting the lesson and becoming someone new. Dan shares his journey of transformation, explaining that his foundation is built on faith and how he moved from repeating errors to making new ones. He emphasizes the core principle that the pain one endures ultimately shapes the purpose they are meant to serve.
If you're stuck in shame or fighting to believe in yourself again, this conversation will prove that your past does not determine your future.

Emma Grede's most surprising confession is that she never saw her childhood in East London as a disadvantage.
While raising her younger sisters, skipping school, and watching Oprah to find her blueprint for life, she was quietly building the belief that she was more capable than anyone around her. That unshakable self-trust is the thread running through everything she has built, from Good American to SKIMS to the Obama Foundation board.
For anyone who has ever let fear, self-doubt, or the weight of other people's opinions keep them stuck, Emma's story is a direct challenge to reconsider what is actually holding you back.
This conversation will show you how to stop measuring yourself against everyone else's standards, put money at the center of your plan without shame, manage your emotions like a skill rather than a sentence, and build a life that is entirely your own design.

Dr. Andrew Weil drops a counterintuitive truth right out of the gate: avoiding head trauma and quitting smoking are the two most powerful things you can do to prevent cognitive decline, yet almost no one talks about them in the brain health conversation.
Most of us are chasing the latest supplement or biohack while ignoring the chronic stress quietly flooding our brains with cortisol and damaging the very region responsible for memory and emotion.
Dr. Weil connects the dots between what you eat, how you breathe, who you spend time with, and how long your brain stays sharp. His 4-7-8 breathing technique alone has generated millions of views worldwide and outperforms anxiety medication in his clinical experience.
More than any single protocol, though, he returns again and again to one root cause behind poor relationships, chronic illness, and unfulfilled potential: not yet learning how to genuinely love yourself.

Dean Graziosi, New York Times bestselling author and business partner of Tony Robbins, reveals the one thing he believes most people get backwards: confidence does not come first, courage does, and until you get in the game, you will never feel ready.
So many people are paralyzed right now by the speed of change, whether that is AI, the economy, or shifting opportunity, and Dean lays out exactly why that paralysis is costing them more than any risk ever would.
He breaks down how to find what truly drives you, build an unstoppable inner operating system, and stop tying your self-worth to your bank account. You will also hear how Dean thinks about raising driven kids in an age of abundance, what Tony Robbins taught him about effective versus efficient leadership, and how to use AI not as a tech trend but as a tool to buy back your time.
This conversation will challenge how you define readiness and push you to take the one courageous step you have been putting off.

Myron Golden drops a revelation early in this conversation that stops you in your tracks: if you are broke, you are not spiritually bankrupt, you are spiritually deceived.
Most people carry a hidden belief that money is evil and that having it requires doing something wrong, a lie so deeply embedded that it quietly sabotages every financial decision they make.
Myron connects that deception to universal struggles around worthiness, fear of success, and the painful tension between faith and financial ambition. He then lays out the practical path forward: awareness is the first move, because you cannot change what you cannot see, and most people are blind to the abundance already surrounding them.
Whether you are stuck at your first dollar or trying to break from six figures to seven, Myron shows you that the ceiling is never a money problem, it is always an identity problem, and the shift starts with how you complete the sentence "I am..."

Shi Heng Yi has spent nearly four decades studying and teaching the Shaolin philosophy of self-mastery, and his core insight may be the most honest thing you hear all year: the reason you are not where you want to be is not bad luck, bad timing, or lack of talent.
It is one of five ancient hindrances operating in your mind right now, without your awareness.
So many people feel the pull of desire for things that do not serve them, carry ill will they cannot explain, move through the day in a fog of restlessness, or quietly doubt whether any of it is even possible for them.
These are not character flaws or signs of weakness. They are predictable mental states that have been mapped and studied for thousands of years, and you can learn to see them clearly.
In this conversation, Shi Heng Yi teaches you his four-step RAIN method for catching a hindrance in the moment and moving through it with discipline rather than reaction. Whether you are building something, healing something, or simply trying to show up fully in your own life, this episode gives you the internal tools to stop being ruled by your mind and start leading it.
Shi Heng Yi?s book Shaolin Spirit: The Way to Self-Mastery
In this episode you will:
Identify the five mental hindrances that silently block your goals and learn why every human being faces all five of them Understand why your intention behind a goal determines whether you will sustain it or abandon it when things get hard Apply the four-step RAIN method to recognize and move through disruptive mental states in real time Discover why gratitude is not optional when it comes to building a life worth living Learn how to calibrate your vision so it is large enough to pull you forward and grounded enough to act on todayFor more information go to https://lewishowes.com/1910

Dr. K, the Harvard-trained psychiatrist known for his work with gamers and high performers, drops a truth that reframes everything: your negative identity isn't a flaw ? it's your mind's attempt to protect you from failure.
Most people go through life trying to upgrade from a loser identity to a winner identity, never realizing that both are traps that warp how you see reality.
If you've ever wondered why motivation disappears the moment a goal feels out of reach, or why doing everything right still leaves you feeling empty, this conversation answers it in a way that actually makes sense. Dr. K breaks down the neuroscience of why you can't control your thoughts, why goals can secretly fuel procrastination, and why the most powerful thing you can do happens entirely inside your head.
By the end, you'll see that the path to real change isn't about believing harder or wanting it more, it's about understanding how your mind actually works and learning to respond differently to what it generates.
In this episode you will:
Discover why your negative identity is protecting you and why trying to eliminate it is the wrong move Understand the critical difference between being capable of something and believing you can do it, and why confusing the two keeps people stuck Learn why goals can actually kill your motivation and what to focus on instead Recognize that you can't control your thoughts, only how you respond to them, and why that distinction changes everything Apply Dr. K's framework for processing setbacks without letting them collapse your sense of selfFor more information go to https://lewishowes.com/1909

Arthur Brooks opens with a startling truth: most of us are living inside a simulation, sacrificing meaning for dopamine hits from our devices. He explains that your brain has two operating systems, the ME self and the I self, and technology has hijacked the wrong one.
Through neuroscience and ancient wisdom, Brooks maps the exact pathway from phone-enslaved to fully present, showing how boredom is not the enemy but the gateway to transcendence.
The conversation moves from digital detox protocols to the four-stage neurochemistry of falling in love, then lands on something deeper: why success never delivers the happiness it promises. Brooks shares the specific daily rituals that transform relationships, the surprising intimacy of praying with your partner, and why your smartphone on the dinner table literally blocks your ability to bond with others.
This is not another self-help conversation. This is the operating manual for being human in an age designed to keep you distracted.

Rainn Wilson built one of the most beloved characters in television history and still woke up most days feeling like he was not enough.
He opens up about the painful truth that becoming famous on The Office only amplified the emptiness he already carried, moving from a three on his inner peace scale before the show to barely a four or five during its peak seasons.
Rainn traces how unprocessed grief, ego, addiction, and a relentless hunger for more kept him stuck in a cycle of dissatisfaction no amount of success could break. He shares how it was not until his late forties that he genuinely began to believe the words he had been saying for a decade, that he was enough, and how the death of his father, deep therapy work, and a committed spiritual practice finally gave him the foundation he had been chasing through achievement.
This conversation is a permission slip to stop measuring your inner life by outer results and start tending the garden inside yourself that no one can take from you.
Rainn?s books:
Soul Boom: Why We Need a Spiritual Revolution Soul Boom Workbook: Spiritual Tools for Modern LivingIn this episode you will:
Discover why fame, money, and success made Rainn equally as unhappy as being broke, and what that reveals about the real source of contentment. Understand how ungrieved pain silently drives the ambition, addiction, and comparison that keep you stuck in cycles of dissatisfaction. Learn the spiritual framework Rainn uses, drawn from Buddhism, the Baha'i Faith, and positive psychology, to move through disappointment without carrying it forward. Recognize the difference between saying an affirmation and actually beginning to believe it, and what consistent inner work looks like over years, not weeks. Lewis opens with a confession: he built a successful business, a massive audience, and a full life on paper and still couldn't enjoy any of it because he was building from fear, not freedom.
That same trap is what keeps so many driven people stuck, running faster on a treadmill that leads nowhere. When you tie your identity to outcomes and try to control every result, every person's opinion, and every timeline, you cut yourself off from the very abundance you're chasing.
In this solo episode, Lewis walks you through five specific things to release, from the outcome obsession to the timeline pressure society puts on you, so you can finally stop suffering through your own story.
The shift is not about working less; it is about moving with more peace, more clarity, and more faith than you have ever allowed yourself to have.

Dr. Sue Morter discovered something most people spend their lives ignoring: the body is not just a physical object but an energetic system carrying the suppressed emotions, unresolved wounds, and hidden beliefs that quietly shape every area of your life.
She found this out the hard way when, as a trained bioenergetic doctor helping patients heal their chronic conditions, she developed debilitating headaches she could not heal in herself. That personal crisis became the doorway to a practice that has since helped thousands of people worldwide break free from pain, disease, burnout, and stuck patterns.
The key is learning to shift from living in your head, reacting to the world, to living from a grounded, integrated presence in your whole body.
When you do this work, your energy stops leaking into old stories and starts powering the life you were meant to live.

Dr. Mariel Buqué opens with a revelation that stops you in your tracks: trauma isn't just something that happened to you, it is something that was passed down to you at the genetic level, beginning at conception.
Most people move through life in a low-grade survival state, reacting to triggers they cannot explain, carrying the emotional weight of ancestors who never got the chance to heal. This is why depression, anxiety, and a persistent sense of not being enough feel so impossible to shake, they were wired in long before you had any say.

Lewis brings together seven of the world's leading voices in neuroscience, psychology, and human potential to reveal the hidden mechanics of manifestation.
You'll hear from Gregg Braden on why your emotional environment is your most powerful tool, Dr. Joe Dispenza on the neuroscience of believing before seeing, and Rhonda Byrne on why talking about what you don't want keeps it locked in place. Dr. Tara Swart breaks down the brain science of visualization, while Dr. James Doty explains the physiology of intention and how synchronicities actually work. Gary Zukav illuminates the two fundamental laws that govern every result you create, and Tabitha Brown shares how walking in your truth is the only way to attract what's truly meant for you.
These aren't abstract concepts. Every insight is grounded in science, backed by research, and proven in the real lives of people who've transformed everything from their health to their relationships to their bank accounts.
The common thread is clear: your inner world creates your outer reality, and you have far more control than you've been taught to believe.

Jaspreet Singh drops a warning most people aren't ready to hear: we're entering the fifth industrial revolution, and AI will demand every worker do the job of ten people within five years.
He explains why the traditional path of getting a good job, investing in a 401k, and buying a house is no longer enough to retire comfortably when you need $1.5 million just for a basic retirement.
The conversation cuts through the financial education you never received in school, revealing why your bank account isn't paying you interest but charging you for the privilege of holding your money. Jaspreet breaks down his three-phase wealth system: getting money through smart financial foundations, growing money by investing where wealth is moving in the economy, and protecting money through legal tax strategies and asset protection.
Most importantly, he challenges the toxic belief that money is evil or that wanting wealth makes you a bad person, reframing financial success as a tool for serving others and creating the freedom to live life on your terms.

Through his own journey from couch-surfing ex-football player to eight-figure media entrepreneur, he walks through the five steps that transformed not just his income but his entire relationship with money.
The painful part most people skip is not the strategy, it is the internal work of recognizing your own value when everything around you tells you that you have none. Simon Sinek drops a truth early that most people are not prepared to hear: income inequality is a greater social threat than AI or another pandemic, and history shows exactly where that kind of imbalance leads.
He connects that global tension directly to what is happening inside your own relationships, because the same failure to listen, the same refusal to co-create, shows up at the kitchen table and in the boardroom.
Simon challenges the idea that vulnerability means broadcasting your emotions online, arguing that true safety comes only when you sit across from someone you trust and say the hard thing out loud. He lays out a simple reframe for capitalism itself, one built around purpose first, people second, and profit third, and shows how that same hierarchy applies to how you show up at work and at home.
Walk away from this conversation with a clearer picture of who you actually work for and why getting that answer right changes everything.

Eckhart Tolle shares what may be the most counterintuitive truth about human suffering: the pain you feel is almost never caused by your circumstances - it comes from the mental narrative you attach to them.
So many people carry a heavy identity built from past wounds, failures, and stories they've been repeating for years, never realizing they are not the story.
Eckhart walks through why the ego is so deeply ingrained that even enormous suffering isn't always enough to break its hold - and why the present moment is the only place where that grip can finally loosen. He breaks down the law of attraction with unusual clarity, showing why manifesting from neediness pushes what you want further away, and why true abundance starts with appreciating what already exists around you.
By the end, you'll understand why the journey itself - not the destination - is where life actually happens, and how shifting your state of consciousness right now changes everything that comes next.
Eckhart?s books:
The Power of Now Practicing the Power of Now Stillness Speaks A New EarthIn this episode you will:
Discover why your psychological suffering is almost always caused by mental narratives, not by your actual circumstances, and how to separate the two in real time. Learn a simple practice for experiencing the present moment without the weight of interpretation, so you can find peace even in frustrating situations. Understand why the ego can never be satisfied by achievement or money, and what actually creates lasting fulfillment. Recognize the difference between manifesting from lack versus manifesting from fullness - and how one quietly destroys what you're trying to create. Explore what it means to know yourself beyond your personal story, so you can access the deeper dimension of consciousness that is already whole and complete. For more information go to https://lewishowes.com/1897

Nir Eyal spent six years researching why brilliant, talented people consistently fall short of their potential, and what he found will surprise you: it's not a lack of knowledge, resources, or intelligence holding most people back. It's the invisible belief system running silently in the background, shaping every decision you make without your awareness.
Most of us are walking around with beliefs forged in survival mode, and we're using them long after they've stopped serving us. The good news is that beliefs, unlike facts, are tools you can examine, update, and swap out.
In this conversation, Nir walks you through the motivation triangle that explains why willpower and information alone never work, and the exact four-step turnaround process that rewrites the beliefs costing you peace, progress, and connection.
Whether you're struggling with a goal that keeps stalling, a relationship that stays stuck, or a quiet voice telling you that you're not enough, this episode gives you a practical way out.

Shaun White admits that losing at the 2014 Sochi Olympics had nothing to do with his body and everything to do with his heart not being in it. That honest reckoning launched a years-long process of rebuilding from the inside out, patching broken relationships, ditching a fake social media persona, and assembling a team that actually shared his vision.
Then a training crash in New Zealand left him with 62 stitches and lungs full of blood just months before the 2018 Olympics, forcing a gut-check question: how badly do you really want this?
His answer carried him to a third gold medal and the most emotionally charged finish of his career. Whether you are chasing a world record or a business breakthrough, Shaun's approach to mental resilience, goal-setting, and self-discovery applies directly to your life.

Leslie John drops a finding that stops most people cold: couples married an average of 12 years guessed what their partner was thinking and feeling correctly only 20% of the time. That gap between how well you think you know someone and how well you actually know them is where relationships quietly break down.
It's the same dynamic playing out in friendships, at work, and in families everywhere. You think you're saving people discomfort by holding back, but what you're actually doing is building a wall you can't see.
Leslie walks through the science of "disclosure decisions," the hundreds of small choices you make each day about what to say and what to swallow, and what it costs you over time when the scales tip too far toward silence.
Learning to share with the right people, at the right moments, with the right context isn't just good communication. It's how you build the kind of relationships that actually hold.

Discover why undersharing, not oversharing, is quietly destroying your closest relationships and what the research says about the real cost of silence. Understand how "mind reading expectations" create a hidden trap in romantic relationships and learn the simple shift that breaks the cycle before resentment builds. Learn the one question that can open any conversation with a guarded partner and why leading with your own vulnerability is more powerful than finding the perfect words. Recognize how the things you leave unsaid pile up into a weight that erodes your self-respect over time and what it takes to start speaking your truth again. Apply the science of the feedback sandwich, including what the research actually found about which part matters most, so you can deliver hard truths in a way people can actually hear. For more information go to https://lewishowes.com/1893

Amy Purdy was a 19-year-old with big dreams when meningococcal meningitis put her in a coma within 24 hours of her first symptom, leaving her a double-leg amputee fighting her way back from 83 pounds and kidney failure.
Her story isn't just about survival; it's about a near-death experience that gave her a quiet certainty that everything would make sense in the end, and how that faith became the foundation for everything she built next.
Most people let obstacles define the outer edges of their lives, but Amy turned hers into a launchpad, spending 12 years innovating her own prosthetic feet to compete at the 2014 Sochi Paralympics. You'll hear how she stopped competing for medals and started competing for the girl in an Italian mountain village who drove four hours just to ask how it's done.
The real lesson here is that your limitations aren't walls, they're the very thing you push off of to go somewhere new.

Dr. Michael Gervais opens up about surviving a head-on car collision at 70 miles per hour and how decades of psychological training shaped his response in that split second.
The high performance psychologist, who has spent 14 years inside NFL locker rooms and coached athletes through four Olympic Games, shares why he believes humans don't rise to moments but fall to the level of their training.
He breaks down what he calls "the danger line," that messy emotional edge where growth actually happens, and explains why most people never practice getting there in their careers, relationships, or conversations with loved ones. Gervais also delivers a pointed warning about youth sports in America, revealing how untrained coaches are shaping the psychological development of children in a system where 99.95% won't achieve their athletic dreams.
Whether you're navigating a career setback, building mental resilience, or raising kids who can thrive without tying their worth to performance, this conversation offers a framework for training your psychology the same way elite athletes train their bodies.

Tabitha Brown reveals the prayer that changed everything: "God, if you heal me, you can have me."
After battling chronic illness for a year and seven months, she made a choice that terrified her, to stop pretending and start living as her authentic self. The transformation didn't just heal her body. It cost her friendships, tested her marriage, and forced her to walk away from the version of herself she'd spent decades creating.
On the other side of that bathroom prayer, she found something more valuable than any acting role or endorsement deal: freedom. Her journey from conforming in corporate America and Hollywood to building a multimedia empire on authenticity proves that when you finally stop performing for approval, abundance finds you. The path forward starts with one question you need to ask yourself today: What mask are you wearing, and what would happen if you took it off?

These nine practices are not about overhauling your life overnight. They are small, stackable habits like protecting your first ten minutes each morning, naming your emotions without judgment, and creating mental closure before bed so tomorrow gets the best version of you.
