It has been a busy time in the studio recently for Markus Schulz, and he showcases two upcoming singles on the latest studio edition of Global DJ Broadcast. Available from next week will be his In Search of Sunrise 19 featured Reverence, produced with Daxson, and he also previews his big club track Ram Attack. The show also includes new music from Yotto & AVIRA, BT & Shingo Nakamura, Ferry Corsten, Estiva, Elysian and more. It continues to be one of the biggest and most important weeks in the dance music calendar, and Markus Schulz is proud to play host as an international fanbase unite to party in his home city of Miami. His open to close solo sets are cherished around the world, but there's something about being able to do it in your home area. Continuing a tradition, he took to the stage on the Saturday night of Miami Music week, holding fort at MAD Club in Wynwood; and playing through the night and into the morning for eight hours. With another Miami Music Week in the books and a busy Easter weekend on the horizon, Markus Schulz checks in from home for the latest edition of Global DJ Broadcast. On the show, he features new music from Anyma, Adina Butar, KhoMha, Joris Voorn, Eelke Kleijn and more. In the second hour, he is joined by one of the hottest producers in the scene in Estiva for the guestmix. Direct from Thailand ahead of a tripleheader in the clubs across Asia this weekend, Markus Schulz checks in with a fresh studio edition of Global DJ broadcast, as the countdown begins to Miami Music Week. On the show, he showcases upcoming Coldharbour world premieres from Adina Butar and Tim Clark, along with some big collaborations from Cosmic Gate & Christian Burns, and Protoculture, DIM3NSION & Dennis Sheperd. In the second hour, Markus is joined by Stoneface & Terminal for the guestmix, as they join the Coldharbour family with their label debut In My Mind, released this Friday.

The spectacular Transmission Festival touches down in Australia this weekend, with Markus Schulz proudly part of its presentation again. Our first World Tour outing for 2024 has arrived, and casts a spotlight on Markus Schulz's special relationship with the annual Groove Cruise; as it celebrates its 20th anniversary. Setting sail from Miami every January, the cruise sees an extensive roster of DJs in the company of thousands across a five day stretch. To mark the 20th anniversary, Markus played no less than four sets for the celebrations, including a special five hour open to close presentation on the main deck on Saturday night. The highlights from the set are available here.

Death of a Star by Markus and HALIENE is available to stream and support by adding to your playlists now. And Markus' first instrumental single for 2024, the In Search of Sunrise 19-created Forgotten Element, is available to stream from this Friday.

From a quiet corner aboard the Groove Cruise before setting sail from Miami, Markus Schulz checks in with the latest Global DJ Broadcast. On the show, he casts a spotlight on two of his upcoming singles, both of which featured on In Search of Sunrise 19 - Forgotten Element (available on Friday February 2) and the ISOS remix of Death of a Star. The show also features a Coldharbour world premiere from Freak E Beatz & EKE, along with new music from Elysian, Estiva, Space 92 & HI-LO and ReDub. In the second hour, Markus is joined by DIM3NSION for the guestmix, previewing his big anthem Ardora with Daxson, which is released on Coldharbour this Friday.

Markus is playing a total of four sets as part of the Groove Cruise 20th anniversary, including our Coldharbour stage, an open to close set on closing night, and the official afterparty at E11EVEN nightclub on Sunday morning when back on land. Next week, he is off to Asia to play the Jumpstart Festival at the Sepang International Circuit in Malaysia on Friday February 2, and then heading to Venti nightclub in Bangkok on Saturday February 3.

Hello again, with our now traditional year-end holiday gift. Since an early age, one of the biggest loves and passions in my life has been the radio. In particular, I was so moved by the period between Christmas and New Year, when suddenly what day of the week it is didn't feel important, and this was reflected with all the stations playing classic songs.

My goal was to take this inspiration towards my own radio show, and the Classics Showcase has grown to become one of the most emotionally resonating and powerful episodes for fans each year, whether current, long-standing or lapsed. A time to reflect on those we have lost also, and we think of Evol Waves and Stevie B-Zet (who produced as Vernon among many other names) no longer with us; it was only appropriate to pay tribute to their departures too.

Hope you enjoy the journey, and it's something you will want to download and keep in your collection for some time to come. Allow your mind to escape and let the memories flow. The wait is finally over, and the 19th instalment of the heralded In Search of Sunrise series has arrived. Markus Schulz proudly assumes responsibility for his sixth straight edition, and provides a comprehensive preview of what you can expect on In Search of Sunrise 19; as well as delving into the archives and showcasing memorable flashback pieces from recent and distant ISOS editions. 

Markus also provides showcase previews of artists participating alongside him in the inaugural edition of Transmission: Elysium, taking place in Arnhem, the Netherlands this Saturday.

For the second hour, Markus hands over to the two other protagonists behind In Search of Sunrise 19, with Ilan Bluestone (disc 2) and Daniel Wanrooy (disc 3) each providing 30 minute guestmixes to showcase some of the sounds contained in their entries.

Happy Thanksgiving to you all, as Markus Schulz checks in from Miami for what will be the final regular edition of Global DJ Broadcast for 2023. On the show, he showcases the world premiere of what will be the Transmission event theme for 2024; Elysium, produced by Daxson. The country of Poland is among the important legacy building blocks in Markus Schulz's career, so it's perhaps no surprise that it is the subject of the latest instalment in his World Tour series. Performing a signature eight hour open to close solo set live from X-Demon nightclub in Wroclaw, the highlights of the night are available in the latest podcast.

It's a busy and extensive weekend for Markus ahead, playing at Mantra in Jakarta, Indonesia on Friday, before heading to the Heineken Silver Music Festival in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam on Saturday. And on Sunday night into Monday morning, the special Canadian Thanksgiving tradition continues with an open to close solo set at the legendary Stereo in Montreal.

Ahead of a huge doubleheader for Markus Schulz in Wroclaw and Manchester, he checks in with another fresh Global DJ Broadcast studio outing. The release of his new single Waves of High, with Adina Butar, is featured; along with music from  Moonbeam, ZOYA, Seven Lions and Above & Beyond, Mike EFEX and more. Throughout the Global DJ Broadcast calendar, Markus Schulz strives to go a step further by creating a selection fo specialist themed concept mixes; reflecting the broad palette of his sound. Following the release of The Rabbit Hole Circus album at the end of June, Markus Schulz intensely began preparations ahead of bringing the album to life in tour form. Beginning summer with the emotional journey of the Sunrise Set, the midpoint is traditionally highlighted by our annual Coldharbour Day celebrations. It's a small way for our Coldharbour family to say thanks to everyone who supports the label, and those responsible for creating the tracks we cherish. 

This tradition is another passion project for me, with a four hour journey made especially for the occasion. It's a continual weave of current favorites, a few nods to the future, and opening up the Coldharbour archives; with the thrill of reliving, and sometimes even rediscovering beautiful melodies we may have forgotten.

The second outing of The Rabbit Hole Circus Tour emanates live from Musica in New York City this Saturday night, and on Global DJ Broadcast this week, Markus Schulz showcases the singers who will be joining him for live performances on the night - HALIENE, Adina Butar and Pretty Poison. The show also includes new music from Kris O'Neil, Fehrplay, 3LAU, Nicole Moudaber, Daxson and more; and in the second hour, Markus is joined by Siskin for the guestmix.

On Friday July 28, the first instrumental single from The Rabbit Hole Circus will be released, so hope you can add Voiceless to your personal playlists. Markus will also play at Stereo Live in Dallas on Friday night, before heading to New York City for Musica on Saturday. And a special treat coming up on Monday July 31 - our annual Coldharbour Day radio marathon, which will include an exclusive four hour journey from him.

A trip to Helsinki awaits Markus Schulz for the annual Summer Sounds Festival this weekend, Markus Schulz checks in from his travels with another summer edition of Global DJ Broadcast. On the show, he introduces two Coldharbour World Premieres from Kris O'Neil and ALAT, along with three showcases from The Rabbit Hole Circus. He also features new music from Matt Fax, Pryda, MORTEN, Kevin Vries & Mau P, Nora en Pure and more; and John Grnad contributes a guestmix in the second hour as he celebrates the release of his artist album Lucky.

Preparations are underway for the second instalment of The Rabbit Hole Circus Tour, live from Musica in New York City on Saturday July 29, and including live performances from HALIENE, Adina Butar and Pretty Poison; along with a host of aerialists and stage performers. And following that, our annual Coldharbour Day celebrations take place on Monday July 31, which will include the traditional four hour journey from Markus.
