Who is Judd Lienhard?
Judd is the founder of MASS Method, a performance-based workout program dedicated to improving Movement, Athleticism, Strength, and Speed. He has worked as a Speed and Performance Coach in Austin, TX, for the past twelve years.
Judd's nontraditional approach to fitness was vastly shaped by his background as a collegiate athlete (middle linebacker at Truman State) and time in service as a US Army Ranger. During Judd's military career, he completed three deployments between Iraq and Afghanistan. Upon completion of his service obligation, Judd decided to focus his career efforts on coaching and fitness.

Who is Dr. Layne Norton?
As a self-proclaimed nerd who lifts heavy things, Layne completed his PhD in Nutritional Sciences with honors from the University of Illinois in 2010. His competitive athletic career highlights include four USA Powerlifting National titles (93kg weight class), most recently winning gold at the 2024 Powerlifting America National Championships (93kg).
Layne helped popularize flexible dieting and online nutrition coaching using evidence-based methods, coaching over 1700 clients. In recent years, Layne has focused on ways to share his knowledge with people on a wider scale, including building a coaching team, writing books, developing a nutrition coaching app and educational courses, and launching Outwork Nutrition, an evidence-based supplement company.

Who is Dr. Jeremy Loenneke?
Dr. Jeremy Loenneke is an Associate Professor of Exercise Science at The University of Mississippi within the School of Applied Sciences. He received his MS in Nutrition and Exercise Science from Southeast Missouri State University and his PhD in Exercise Physiology from the University of Oklahoma. He is the director of the Kevser Ermin Applied Physiology Laboratory and his research group?s primary focus is on skeletal muscle adaptations to exercise with and without the application of blood flow restriction. His recent work has also focused on addressing whether or not muscle growth contributes to changes in strength with exercise. Dr. Loenneke is a Fellow of the American College of Sports Medicine and a member of the American Physiological Society. Cindy Eckert is a self-made serial entrepreneur and fierce advocate for women, known for her bold leadership and mission to empower female entrepreneurs through her Pinkubator. What is ADDYI?
ADDYI is for premenopausal women with acquired, generalized hypoactive (low) sexual desire disorder who have not had problems with low sexual desire in the past, and who have low sexual desire no matter the type of sexual activity, the situation or the sexual partner. The low sexual desire is troubling to them and is not due to a medical or mental health problem, problems in the relationship or medicine or other drug use. ADDYI is not for use in men or to enhance sexual performance.
Your risk of severe low blood pressure and fainting is increased if you drink 1-2 standard alcoholic drinks close in time to your ADDYI dose. Wait at least 2 hours after drinking before taking ADDYI at bedtime. Your risk of severe low blood pressure and fainting is also increased if you take certain prescription, over the counter or herbal medications, or have liver problems. Low blood pressure and fainting can happen when you take ADDYI even if you don?t drink alcohol or take other medicines. Do not take if you are allergic to any of the ingredients in ADDYI. Allergic reactions may include hives, itching or trouble breathing. Sleepiness, sometimes serious, can occur. Common side effects include dizziness, nausea, tiredness, difficulty falling asleep or staying asleep and dry mouth. Cholsoon Jang, PhD is an Assistant Professor of Biological Chemistry at the University of California Irvine School of Medicine. Dr. Jang obtained bachelor?s and master?s degrees from Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology. He then received PhD from Harvard University and completed postdoctoral training at Princeton University. Dr. Jang?s laboratory focuses on understanding how dietary nutrients are processed in the body and exert health-beneficial or detrimental effects. Dr. Jang received prestigious awards such as Pinnacle Research Award from the American Association for the Study of Liver Disease and Edward Mallinckrodt Jr. Foundation Award, and several research grants from National Institute of Health. Dr. Jang has published 92 papers in prominent journals like Nature, Cell, and Science, which are cited over 8500 times. Dr. Jang is regularly invited to speak nationally and internationally on his research in nutrient metabolism.

Kevin A. Murach, Ph.D., completed a master?s degree in Exercise Physiology at James Madison University in Harrisonburg, Virginia, then earned his Ph.D. in Human Bioenergetics from the Ball State Human Performance Laboratory in Muncie, Indiana. After Ball State, Dr. Murach spent six years as a post-doctoral fellow/scholar studying muscle stem cells at the University of Kentucky Center for Muscle Biology in Lexington under the guidance of Drs. Charlotte Peterson and John McCarthy. He now is an Assistant Professor at the University of Arkansas. His current research uses human muscle samples, primary cell culture and genetically modified mouse models to understand the molecular cues that drive exercise adaptations and aging, and the interaction between the two.

Dr. Mary Claire Haver is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and is a Certified Culinary Medicine Specialist from Tulane University. Dr. Christopher Fry is a tenured Associate Professor in the Department of Athletic Training and Clinical Nutrition at the University of Kentucky, and he serves as the Associate Director of the Center for Muscle Biology. Chris completed a BS in Biology at Baylor University, PhD in biomedical sciences at the University of Texas Medical Branch and postdoctoral training in muscle physiology at the University of Kentucky. Over the course of his career, Dr. Fry has created a focused research program that bridges targeted mechanistic approaches to clinical translation.
