Brian Urlacher joins old teammate Jay Cutler to catch up on life, sports parenting, and their careers. Plus Jay explores Jeanie's relationship with her late father, and how their relationship grew as he purchased these LA teams and she learned to lead them. Jeanie also talks about how her father set up the Lakers to be run by both her and her brother, but she had to take action to remove him after seeing how poorly the team was being run. She even jokes that she tried to talk her father out of hiring Phil Jackson, because with big personalities like Shaq and Kobe she thought Phil would ruffle feathers.

Jay sits down with Brian Baumgartner, famous for his role as Kevin on "The Office"... and jokes with Jay right away that his desire to be a professional baseball player was cut short after an ugly injury. So that landed Brian in theater and acting, and talks about his parents supporting him despite a rocky start in New York. And of course Brian talks about his start on The Office, and reveals to Jay that the show was absolutely going to be cancelled after the first six episodes due to poor ratings... but somehow it survived and grew into a 207 episode icon of modern television. Jay also wants to know about the possibility of an Office reunion in the future, and Brian says he thinks it's more about the situation for the characters and less about making a buck. And of course Jay and Brian joke about Kevin's famous chili, one of his most iconic moments from the show's run.

Jay sits down with Jedediah Bila to talk about the new book she wrote for her son, "Dear Hartley" and why she wanted to offer her son some perspective. Jed dives into her upbringing, her work before television, and how divided the nation has become in recent years. Plus Jedediah breaks down her drama with The View, and how she submitted for medical exemption since she already had COVID though was not vaccinated, and how that spun into a huge confrontation with her former co-hosts and friends. Jay sits down with the owners of NeverAsh Cigars, Steve and Tom, to talk about the art of cigar making and how their business evolved organically from their love of cigars. Steve also jokes about the wild way he met his cigar affiliate in the Dominican Republic and how that lead to them creating their own cigar brand. Tom also discusses how he quit his full time IT job over the vaccine mandate, and decided to go all in on the cigar business to try and set an example for his daughter. Jay also wants to know about how the cigars are reliably sourced in the Dominican Republic, and Steve and Tom talk about their culture and how precise their cigar process really is regardless of how many cigars they order. Cliff also talks about how many Bigfoot he believes are out there, believes it's only a matter of time before we find the body of a Bigfoot, and is concerned that when their existence is confirmed that people will try to hunt them.
