The Power of Fascia: Unlock a Happier You with Sytera Field

Your body is holding onto more stress than you realize, and fascia might be the missing piece to finally letting it go. In this episode, Sytera Field breaks down what fascia is, why it matters, and simple ways to give it the love it needs.

Sytera Field, owner of SyteraYoga, founder of The Nadi Method, and author of the new book Power Over Pain.

In this episode:

Sytera shares her own story of breaking her leg rock climbing, and how that accident led her to yoga and eventually to creating the Nadi Method. She explains what she calls microdosing stress, and why chronic stress is so different from the everyday ups and downs we all deal with. She talks about two body signals called interoception and proprioception, and how tuning into them helps you catch stress before it piles up. Sytera shares her go-to rule, don't baby your body but don't bully it either, and how that mindset changes the way you respond to pain. She explains fascia, the connective tissue that wraps around your whole body, and how it acts like a messenger between your brain and every part of you. She talks about why fascia craves movement and hydration, and why drinking water alone will not keep it healthy. She shares simple ways to work fascia care into your daily routine, like while brushing your teeth, so it never feels like one more task added to your day. Sytera offers her top three tips for handling stress, starting with simply noticing when you feel overwhelmed and giving yourself permission to breathe. Are You Burned Out or Just Mineral Deficient? with Dori Martin

Think you're just tired? Dori Martin shares that it might actually be a mineral deficiency driving your burnout, brain fog, and midlife exhaustion.

Dori Martin is a functional health practitioner who helps high-achieving women uncover the often-overlooked physiological reasons they feel stressed, depleted, and burned out. Her approach connects mineral balance, nervous system regulation, and the foundations that help the body become more resilient.

In this episode:

Dori explains that minerals are basically the spark plugs your body needs to make energy, handle stress, and keep hormones running smoothly. She shares her own burnout story, from caring for her dying dad and her fiance's terminal diagnosis to becoming a single mom, which pushed her body past its limits. She talks about how calcium, magnesium, potassium, and sodium each play a different role, and when your minerals get out of balance, stress wears them down fast. She explains that a simple hair test can check to see if you have a mineral deficiency and show your stress levels, metabolism, and thyroid function without needles or blood draws. Dori shares that pushing harder with more exercise, more protein, or more supplements can actually backfire if your minerals are too depleted for your body to use them. She talks about small daily habits that make a big difference, like five minutes of morning sunlight, a pinch of sea salt in your water to boost minerals, and deep belly breaths. She explains why doing nothing feels so uncomfortable for so many women, since we've been trained to be human doings instead of human beings. She shares how a mineral deficiency can cause mood swings, rage, and anxiety that often get blamed on hormones instead. Dori reminds listeners that healing looks different for everyone, so the goal is learning your own body instead of chasing someone else's routine. Teaching Your Nervous System It's Safe to Slow Down with Rochelle Walsh

Rochelle Walsh is the founder of Joyful & Present and a licensed clinical social worker with over 25 years in the therapy room. She helps high-achieving women move out of chronic stress and burnout — not through more coping strategies, but by working with the nervous system itself.

In this episode:

Rochelle spent over 25 years in the therapy room before she started helping busy, high-achieving women break free from burnout, and she does it in a way that actually sticks. She explains that your nervous system controls way more than people realize, from digestion to how your eyes track, and when it gets stuck in overdrive, your whole body feels it. Rochelle talks about how some women grow up believing that being busy equals being successful, and that belief gets wired in so early it feels completely normal. She shares that many high achieving women don't even realize they're running on fight or flight, because it's made them productive and it's made everyone around them happy. Rochelle explains that stepping back from a packed schedule can actually feel scarier than staying busy, because your brain reads calm as unfamiliar and unsafe. She talks about the guilt that shows up the moment you try to rest, and how that guilt is often just an old story your mind picked up a long time ago. Rochelle shares a simple trick, when guilt or stress creeps in, get curious instead of just obeying it, and ask yourself what would actually have to be true for it to be okay to relax. She explains that real change happens in small repeated steps, not one big overhaul, so a couple minutes of stillness each day can genuinely start to rewire old patterns. Rochelle leaves us with a beautiful reminder, just because something has always been a certain way does not mean it has to stay that way, your patterns can change at any age. Contacting Rochelle

Is Your Mindfulness Practice Actually Working? with Denise Dempsey

Denise Dempsey, a Clinical hypnotherapist and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction teacher. She's spent decades teaching people how to stay clear and grounded under real pressure. She’s also the author of Mindfulness Meditations for Stress, 100 Simple Ways to Ease Tension and Find Peace.

In this episode:

Denise shares how a stressful season in her life, plus a cassette tape from her mother-in-law, led her down the path to becoming a mindfulness teacher and clinical hypnotherapist. She explains that mindfulness is not about clearing your mind or becoming a zombie. It is really about paying attention, sometimes narrow like a laser and sometimes wide like a searchlight. She talks about how mindfulness includes the whole body, not just the thoughts in your head, which gives you a bigger resource to work with when life feels like a lot. Denise shares a simple trick for busy days. Even a tiny pause to check in with yourself can help you feel like you have more time and more options. She explains how she keeps her energy up as a business owner by choosing short bursts of breathing instead of always sinking into deep rest, especially when there is work to get back to. Denise talks about the power of setting a daily intention and limiting yourself to just a few priorities so you are not pulled in fifteen directions at once. She leads a short guided meditation right in the episode, walking listeners through breath and body awareness they can use anytime they need a reset. She shares one of her favorite mindfulness misconceptions to clear up. Your mind is always going to produce thoughts, and that is normal, not a sign you are doing it wrong. Denise closes with a reminder that self-compassion is a huge part of mindfulness, and being gentle with yourself in stressful moments can truly change everything.

If you are a busy woman running your own business and juggling everything else too, this conversation is going to hit home. Grab your coffee and get ready for a little inner peace.

Retraining Your Nervous System With Sound with Craig Goldberg

Ever wonder if there's a shortcut to feeling truly rested, one that doesn't take hours you don't have? Denise sits down with Craig Goldberg, a vibroacoustic therapy expert, to talk about how sound and vibration can calm your nervous system fast. Craig shares his own burnout story, breaks down the science behind stress in simple terms, and reveals why just 20 minutes of the right kind of rest can feel like four hours of sleep. If you are running on empty and ready for real relaxation, this episode is for you.

Craig Goldberg is the Co-founder at inHarmony Interactive, Certified Vibroacoustic Therapy Practitioner, Technologist and Relaxation Expert.

In this episode:

Craig shares that he used to feel completely stressed out and anxious until he discovered a way to truly relax for the first time, and he was hooked right away. He explains that your downtime is just as important as your uptime, and resting well helps you show up stronger for your busy life. He talks about vibroacoustic therapy, which uses sound and vibration to bring your body back into balance, whether you are wired and tense or drained and low. He explains how music helps shift your brain out of a stressed state and into a calm one, kicking off the body's natural rest and recovery process in just minutes. Craig breaks down the difference between survival mode and maintenance mode, and why your body needs plenty of time in maintenance mode to truly heal and recharge. He points out that things like the news and social media can trick your brain into thinking you're under threat, keeping you stuck in stress mode without you even realizing it. He shares a simple stat that will blow your mind: just a short period of true rest can feel like hours of sleep. He reminds listeners that it does not take a lot of time to shift into a restful state, even a few deep breaths or a moment outside can make a difference. Craig leaves listeners with two pieces of wisdom: reach out with your questions, and always give yourself grace, rest, and a little gratitude along the way. Contacting Craig:

Why Procrastination Isn't Your Enemy with Sarah Laverty

Struggling with procrastination? What if your procrastination isn't your enemy, but a message trying to reach you? In this episode, Denise talks with embodiment coach Sarah Laverty about how listening to it, instead of fighting it, can turn it into a friend.

Sarah Laverty is an embodiment coach based in Northern Ireland. She specialises in helping women to develop unshakeable self trust and confidence by getting out of their heads and into their bodies - and right now she's on a mission to turn procrastination from your worst enemy into your best friend.

In this episode:

Sarah shares that procrastination isn't you being lazy or broken — it's your subconscious trying to send you a message.

She explains that real procrastination is different from just not wanting to do something. It's when part of you wants to move forward and another part is holding you back.

She talks about her own health scare in her mid-20s that forced her to stop overthinking everything and start listening to her body instead.

Sarah breaks down her three "procrastination archetypes" — the Inner Winter, the Inner Protector, and the Inner Rebel — and how each one is trying to help you, not hurt you.

She reminds us that the Inner Rebel isn't bad news. It's the playful part of you that just wants more joy, more fun, and more you in your own life.

Sarah gives simple ways to check in with your body, like noticing if you feel restless, drained, or bored before jumping straight to your to-do list.

She says the fix for restlessness isn't forcing yourself to sit still — sometimes you just need to get up and take a fast walk to shake it loose.

She opens up about her own "aha" moment discovering she had zero clue what she was actually feeling, and how learning to feel her feelings changed everything.

Sarah leaves us with one beautiful line: your procrastination has something to teach you, and if you slow down and listen, you'll find a friend.

The Truth About Breast Cancer Screening with Lynn Fraley

What if everything you have been told about breast health is wrong?

Lynn Fraley, a nurse with a doctoral degree in public health from Berkeley, is pulling back the curtain on the mammogram (breast cancer screening) industry, medical fear tactics, and the breast cancer statistics that nobody is sharing with women. She is giving us the real numbers, the honest conversation, and three action steps you can start using today to feel informed, empowered, and in control of your own body. This is the episode that will change the way you think about your health forever.

Lynn Fraley is Registered Nurse with a Masters in Nursing from UCLA and a doctorate from UC Berkeley’s School of Public Health. She has worked in healthcare for 35 years, and has long been concerned about conventional health monitoring practices and treatment of breast disease.

In this episode:

Lynn shares why she became passionate about women's breast health — and why she believes women are often brought into the healthcare system under false pretenses that create more fear than facts. She explains the mammogram (breast cancer screening)  controversy that most women never hear about, including how radiation is focused on sensitive breast tissue at the exact moment it is under pressure and inflammation. She talks about the concept of "medical bullying" and why it is okay to slow down, ask questions, and not rush into a scan just because your doctor — or a reminder letter — tells you to. Lynn reveals that the actual breast cancer risk for a woman in her 40s is around 1.5%, and even with certain genetic markers, that number only doubles to about 3% — something most women are never told. She explains her three action steps: get clarity about what the real risks and options are, find your courage because you have already handled hard things in your life, and build confidence that your body has an incredible ability to heal. She shares why she wrote her book Cherish the Girls: A Well-Rounded Approach to Breast Health and Wellness — because she was tired of watching women feel victimized and terrified over something that may be a much lower risk than they have been led to believe. She talks about the powerful role that stress plays in breast health and overall wellness, reminding us that living in a constant state of worry and stress actually works against the body's natural ability to heal itself. Lynn explains that family history of breast cancer is not a life sentence, and that many factors like diet, lifestyle, and even possible misdiagnosis need to be considered before assuming the worst. She leaves listeners with this: have a plan before they do breast cancer screening, take your time, and remember that you are not in an emergency — you have options, and you have the strength to make informed choices for yourself. Six Minutes of Reading Does More Than You Think with Stephanie Affinito

What if six minutes with a good book could actually calm your nervous system? Spoiler: it can, and the research proves it.

Stephanie Affinito shares with us why reading and writing are two of the most underrated stress relief tools out there. From her "pause pile" strategy to the brain dump method that finally quiets that mental noise at the end of a long day, this episode is packed with simple things you can start doing today.

Stephanie is a book-loving, notebook-hoarding literacy educator on a mission to change lives one book and one notebook at a time. She blogs about the power of leading literate lives and podcasts weekly on books and reading, writing and notebooks and everything in between for both adults and children on her weekly podcasts Get Lit(erate). and KidLit Love.

In this episode;

Stephanie Affinito shares how her love of books and notebooks started as a little girl — and how they became her lifeline when she got seriously ill as a teenager, proving that reading and writing are way more powerful than we think. She explains that just six minutes of reading is all it takes for your body to start to calm down — heart rate drops, breathing slows, and your muscles finally get the memo to relax. She talks about how 30 minutes of reading gives your nervous system the same feel-good benefits as 30 minutes of yoga — no mat or stretchy pants required! Stephanie shares that reading and writing actually work at a cellular level to reduce chronic stress, anxiety, and even depression — and that readers have been shown to live up to two years longer than non-readers. She explains the three levels of reading benefits — just reading feels good, reading the right books for where you are makes you feel even better, and then taking action on what you read is where the real magic happens. She talks about the "pause pile" — a small stack of feel-good books you keep in your line of sight so when stress hits, you can grab one, read for six minutes, and actually shift how you feel fast. She explains that if you can't wind down at night to read, try a brain dump first — just dump every swirling thought onto paper, and your brain finally gets to exhale. She shares her two-highlighter trick for brain dumps — yellow for things you can control, pink for things you can't — so you can stop spinning and start taking one small action that actually moves the needle. Stephanie's final word of wisdom: give yourself the permission slip to pick up a book or a notebook for just six minutes — it's free at the library, it's always available, and it just might be the most powerful stress tool you haven't tried yet. The Hidden Message Behind Your Anxiety with Silvia Araya

In this episode, Silvia Araya shares how anxiety and panic attacks can be signals from your body that something needs attention, not something to fear. She offers practical advice for busy women on managing stress, asking for support, listening to their needs, and creating a healthier balance between work, family, and self-care.

Silvia Araya is a clinical trauma professional with over 15 years of experience helping people heal from anxiety and panic attacks through holistic, trauma-informed approaches.

In this episode:

Silvia shares her personal journey with anxiety and how her own panic attack experiences inspired her to help others heal and feel hopeful again. She explains that a panic attack can feel scary and overwhelming, but it is not dangerous, even when your body feels like something is seriously wrong. She talks about how anxiety often creates a cycle of fear, especially when we mistake an anxiety episode for a medical emergency. Silvia shares that many women experiencing anxiety are also pushing themselves too hard, living in a constant state of stress, pressure, and rushing from one task to the next. She explains that sensitive people can absorb the emotions and energy around them, which can increase feelings of overwhelm, anxiety, and even trigger a panic attack. She talks about how women often carry the weight of work, family, home responsibilities, and leadership roles, making anxiety and stress more common than ever. Silvia shares a simple reminder to pause during the day, take a breath, look outside, and check in with yourself before stress turns into an anxiety spiral or panic attack. She explains the importance of asking for help, speaking up about your needs, and having honest conversations before stress reaches the point of burnout, anxiety, or another panic attack. She talks about building a stronger relationship with yourself by regularly asking, “What do I need right now?” She believes this simple question can help reduce anxiety, bring more peace into your life, and prevent a panic attack before it starts. How to Stop Self-Sabotage and Move Forward with Terry Tateossian

Terry Tateossian shares her powerful story of burnout, self sabotage, panic attacks, and the wake-up call that pushed her to change her life as a busy midlife woman. She explains how self sabotage can quietly show up in everyday habits and shares simple ways midlife women can recognize it, work through it, and start moving forward.

Terry Tateossian is a serial entrepreneur, wellness expert, and the founder of House of Rose and THOR Retreats.

In this episode:

Terry shares how in midlife stress, burnout, self sabotage and panic attacks pushed her to a breaking point and even landed her in the hospital twice, giving her a powerful wake-up call that something had to change. She talks about running a business, raising kids, and feeling overwhelmed all the time, which led to poor sleep, emotional eating, and using alcohol just to get through the day. Terry explains how she tried many diets over the years, but the weight kept coming back because the real issue wasn’t just food — it was stress, habits, and self-sabotage. She shares how asking for help changed everything and how learning about nutrition, sleep, movement, and balance slowly helped her rebuild her health. She talks about stepping back and looking honestly at where your stress comes from, including work pressure, relationships, and saying yes when you really want to say no. Terry explains how setting boundaries can protect your energy and help prevent the kind of overwhelm that often leads to self sabotage. She  shares a fun way she started recognizing her patterns by calling them “boogeymen” and even imagining a board meeting with them to understand what was really going on. Terry talks about how many self sabotage habits are actually rooted in fear or old emotional wounds (even in midlife), and how awareness is the first step to changing them. She reminds us that taking care of our health is one of the best investments we can make, and that simple habits like better sleep, movement, and nutrition can make a huge difference. Understanding Fibromyalgia and Finding Relief with Tami Stackelhouse

Tami Stackelhouse explains what fibromyalgia really is and why so many people struggle to get answers about their pain, fatigue, and brain fog. She also shares how stress affects the body and why learning to support your sleep, nervous system, and lifestyle can help you start feeling better.

Tami Stackelhouse is an award-winning author, founder of the International Fibromyalgia Coaching Institute, host of the Fibromyalgia Podcast, and executive producer of the feature documentary, INVISIBLE. Tami teaches fibromyalgia patients how to take back control of their lives and health using her signature Fibromyalgia Wellness Framework℠ — so they can break free from the prison their bodies have become and begin living lives they love.

In this episode:

Tami shares that her journey with fibromyalgia began after she was diagnosed herself in 2007, and after finally getting help from a health coach, she felt better and decided she wanted to help others feel better too. She explains that fibromyalgia is a chronic pain condition where pain can move around the body, and people often deal with deep fatigue, brain fog, and sleep that never feels truly refreshing. She talks about how confusing diagnosis can be because there is no simple test for fibromyalgia, so doctors often have to rule out many other conditions first. Tami shares that with fibromyalgia, the nervous system can start to treat normal sensations as pain, almost like the body’s “pain volume knob” has been turned way up. She explains that stress can play a big role, both before fibromyalgia develops and after, because the body can get stuck in fight-or-flight mode and stay tense for hours or even days. She talks about how people with fibromyalgia often feel misunderstood since they may look fine on the outside while dealing with serious pain and exhaustion on the inside. Tami shares some hopeful news: it is possible to feel much better, and she even reached remission from fibromyalgia pain by making lifestyle changes and listening closely to her body. She explains that sleep is one of the most important things to work on, and many people with fibromyalgia also have sleep issues like sleep apnea that need proper testing. Tami encourages people to learn as much as they can about their condition, ask questions, build the right support team, and remember that fibromyalgia is real—and feeling better is absolutely possible. Tami talks about her quiz - Fibromyalgia Wellness Style Quiz — a free, science-based quiz that helps you use your strengths to feel better, reduce stress, and live well with fibromyalgia. https://FibroQuiz.com Contacting Tami:

Melanie talks about how survival mode shows up in relationships as overwhelm, shutdown, disconnection, and emotional distance. She shares how taking responsibility for your own feelings creates clearer communication and healthier relationships. Balance vs. Resilience: What You Really Need with Charlotte Haggie

In this episode, Charlotte Haggie busts the myth of “balance” and shows why what busy women really need is resilience. She explains that stress comes from the pressure we put on ourselves—like trying to be the capable one, the perfectionist, or the people pleaser.

As a qualified coach and mum of two, Charlotte is disbanding the myth of ‘balance’ and highlighting the need for resilience for working mums who long to be focused, present and productive as they lead at work and at home.

Through her Ease Over Effort Framework, Charlotte helps women build the mental muscles of resilience so that they do not buckle under the stress of life but have the capacity to hold a heavier ‘load’ with more ease, peace and calm.

Charlotte is the Founder and Host of top 2% globally-ranked podcast The Resilient Working Mum (dedicated to all things stress management and resilient building for working mums) and a sought-after Coach for women working in the corporate world or in their own businesses.

In this episode:

Charlotte shares that “balance” is a myth, because life isn’t a perfect scale with work on one side and life on the other. She explains that most of us aren’t balancing… we’re walking a tightrope while juggling way too many balls at once. She talks about how the real goal isn’t perfect balance—it’s resilience, so you can handle life with more ease, peace, and calm. Charlotte shares that resilience isn’t about building a hard shield… it’s about staying rooted and flexible, like a strong tree in a storm. She explains that stress is an internal response to an external situation, and it often comes from the story you tell yourself about whether you can handle it. Charlotte talks about “identity-based stress,” like feeling you have to be the capable one, the good girl, the perfectionist, or the people pleaser. She shares that one of the fastest ways to lower stress is rebuilding self-trust—start small (like drinking a glass of water every morning), then stack one new habit at a time. Contacting Charlotte:

What’s Your Anxiety Type? Learn the 3 Types with Noelle McWard Aquino

In this episode, Noelle McWard explains the 3 main anxiety types (catastrophizing, control, and distorted beliefs) and shares simple tools to help you feel calmer and more in control.

Noelle McWard Aquino is a therapist in Chicago with more than 30 years experience specializing in the treatment of anxiety disorders. She is the author of the bestselling book, Anxiety Unpacked: Discover Your Type and Recover Your Peace, published in 2025. In addition to her clinical work, she is a speaker, therapist educator, and mother to a young adult child who has lived with anxiety for most of his life.

In this episode:

Noelle shares how she was drawn to working with anxiety early in her career (even though she didn’t personally struggle with it), and later realized it prepared her to support her own child who lives with anxiety and OCD. She explains anxiety isn’t just “worry” — it shows up in the body too, like a racing heart, tight muscles, short breath, and feeling like you can’t relax or shut your brain off. She talks about how anxiety is actually normal and human — it’s meant to protect us — but it becomes a problem when it shows up constantly even when there’s no real danger. Noelle shares the 3 main “anxiety types” she teaches: catastrophizing, control, and distorted beliefs, and she explains why knowing your type matters so you can treat the real root, not just the symptoms. Noelle explains catastrophizing is when your brain jumps into “what if…” mode and creates worst-case stories — and one helpful practice is asking: “What do I know is true right now?” so you can separate facts from fear. Noelle talks about control anxiety as a deep need for safety, where you try to manage everything by over-preparing and overthinking — but the real goal is building trust that you can handle whatever happens. Noelle shares that distorted beliefs are painful inner stories like “I’m not good enough” or “I’m unlovable,” and healing starts when you practice new actions (like saying no or setting boundaries) and see that you can still be accepted. She talks about how her free quiz click here helps find your anxiety type. Contacting Noelle:

Unlocking Your Laughter Intelligence with Marla Simlett

Marla Simlett, or as many know her, Marvelous Marla is a speaker, emcee, and registered clinical counsellor who helps people learn and laugh their way to becoming their greatest self.

In this episode:

Marla explains that she started combining her therapeutic counseling practice with humor because laughter helps open people up, lower resistance, and makes them open to learning and improving. She shares that stress is really tough on our bodies, raising stress hormones and putting us into a fight or flight state where we can't make good decisions. Marla explains that laughter is the quick antidote to stress because it does the exact opposite—it lowers those stress hormones and releases feel-good hormones and endorphins. She talks about how laughter helps you focus your brain on positive things, because what you focus on tends to expand in your life. She suggests three intentional ways to bring laughter into your life: first, make a "laughter checklist" of things that make you laugh; second, find external "go-tos" like a funny friend or comedian for stressful days; and third, intentionally practice bringing up the feeling of laughter inside your own body. Marla explains the practice of Laughter Meditation, which came from Laughter Yoga, where you purposely laugh out loud because your brain can't tell the difference between real and auto-generated laughter—you get the benefits either way. She shares that nervous laughter still gives you all the physical benefits of regular laughter and is actually a learned coping mechanism you use to protect yourself or lighten a situation. Marla's final words of wisdom are to laugh more, suggesting listeners check out her laughter intelligence assessment to find intentional ways to leverage laughter in their lives. Note: Meditation starts at 11:44

Burnout to Breakthrough: Redefining Success with Isabelle Tremblay

Isabelle Tremblay spent years looking successful while quietly burning out. After 24 years in high-pressure marketing roles—on top of raising two young kids—she hit a breaking point and walked away from the polished life that was draining her.

In the space that followed, she rebuilt from the inside out. Meditation, mindset work, and a new belief that leadership can come from love reshaped everything. That journey inspired her best-selling book Love, Lead, Succeed, where she shares her story and practical tools for redefining success without losing yourself. Readers walk away with permission to slow down, the courage to reinvent, and a gentler, stronger way to lead.

In this episode:

Isabelle shares her story of quietly burning out after 24 years in high-pressure marketing roles while raising two kids, which led her to walk away from a life that was draining her. She explains that her journey of rebuilding was inspired by meditation, mindset work, and a new belief that leadership can come from love. She talks about how success shouldn't just be measured by emails sent or corporate profits, but by how aligned you are with your overall purpose and focusing on your mental and physical health. Isabelle explains that burnout can be sneaky, and it’s important to listen to clues in your body and mind, like feeling strong anxiety when trying to focus, or even starting to cry for no reason. She shares some life-changing techniques like meditation, gratitude walks, and positive affirmations to help with day-to-day stress and have a positive impact on mental health. She talks about her morning routine, which includes not looking at her phone for the first hour and starting the day with meditation and a gratitude walk to set a positive tone. Isabelle explains that if you need to take a break, it helps to focus on just one goal for the day to make it easier to get back into the flow and feel fulfilled once you achieve it. Isabelle shares her top techniques for reshaping your future, like using positive affirmations (recorded and played all night) and creating an animated video vision board to create more emotion and raise your vibration. Isabelle explains that it's never too late to reinvent yourself—even at age 47 she reinvented herself by starting a consulting business and writing her book, Love Lead, Succeed. Contacting Isabelle:

Say Goodbye to People Pleasing with Kathleen Conner

Kathleen Conner spent decades being the woman who had it all together—running a business, raising a family, and saying yes to everyone but herself. At 53, she had a revelation: she was living the “perfect life that was perfectly wrong for her.” Out of that moment of truth, she created The Box-Breaking Method—a transformative framework that helps women break free from the roles and expectations that keep them feeling small, tired, and unseen.

In this episode:

Kathleen shares how she looked like she “had it all together” while secretly falling apart inside. She explains her big aha moment at 53, when she realized her “perfect life” wasn’t perfect for her. Kathleen shares why so many successful women put everyone first (people pleasing) and forget themselves, often without even noticing. She explains how to spot people pleasing by paying attention to that tired, heavy feeling when we say yes too fast. She talks about her own burnout — waking up tired, going to bed tired, and feeling totally drained all the way through. Kathleen shares simple ways to start setting boundaries, like pausing before saying yes and letting “not right now” be enough. Kathleen explains how breaking out of boxes starts with noticing where you feel restricted, then making small, safe changes. She talks about her free discovery call and how she helps women figure out where they are, where they want to go, and how to get there. Contacting Kathleen:

In this episode:

Melanie shares why so many women feel tired all the time and how burnout sneaks into our lives when we try to do everything for everyone. She explains her “STOP IT” method and why scanning your feelings is the first step to getting honest about what needs to change. Melanie talks about telling yourself the truth — no more pretending you're fine when you're running on empty and heading into burnout. She shares how powerful it is to say “no,” and why you don’t need to explain yourself to anybody. She explains that putting yourself first isn’t selfish — it actually teaches people how to treat you better. Melanie talks about the magic of making time for yourself, even if it starts with just a tiny moment in your car or on your lunch break. She shares how women who use her method gain confidence, make bold life changes, and reconnect with joy again. She explains why asking for help is so hard for women and how slowing down your “yes” is a great first step. How to Work With Your Energy, Not Against It with Angela Jean

Angela Jean teaches the fundamentals of nervous system resets, helping people keep their bodies open so transformation truly sticks. She guides clients to understand emotional energy, because not all energy is the same — and shows them how to redirect negative thought patterns around love, money, and self-worth. Using high-vibe audios combined with intentional movement, she installs empowering patterns in just three-minute micro-sessions that are fun, flexible, and easy to do as often as needed, so anyone can embody this method.

In this episode:

Angela shares how her work began after experiencing deep personal loss and how that inspired her to study the energy behind negative thought patterns and healing. She explains that not all energy is the same—anger, depression, love, and money each move differently through the body and must be met in their own way. Angela talks about how to meet anger with powerful, intentional breathing instead of trying to “calm it down,” so your body feels seen and understood. She shares how love and money are often tied to childhood beliefs, and how uncovering these “distorted imprints” helps you feel safe holding abundance and connection. Angela explains her rhythmic riddle practice—a mix of music, movement, and mantra—that helps rewire your brain for positivity and confidence in a fun, catchy way. She shares a simple daily body-opening exercise using a broom or stick behind your back to teach your body what “open and safe” feels like. Feeling Off Lately? Your Hormones Might Be the Missing Link with Ashley Rocha

Hormone health expert Ashley Rocha founded Ladywell after her own battles with PMS, PMDD, and fertility issues pushed her to find real answers — and what she discovered is that most doctors simply aren't trained well enough to help women navigate their hormones. In this episode, she breaks down how chronic stress silently disrupts everything from your metabolism to your mood, and why so many women are misreading hormonal symptoms as "just stress." Ashley also shares refreshingly simple daily habits — morning sunlight, protein at every meal, a consistent sleep schedule — that can genuinely move the needle on how you feel.

Ashley Rocha a hormone health expert and founder of Ladywell. Her mission is to make hormone care more accessible and mainstream, empowering women to reclaim control of their well-being.

In this episode:

Ashley shares how years of PMS and PMDD struggles pushed her to dig into her hormones, and how solving her fertility issues actually helped her balance everything out. Ashley explains that most doctors don’t get enough hormone training—so women’s health often gets brushed aside or misdiagnosed. She talks about the wide range of hormonal symptoms—like mood swings, fatigue, bloating, poor sleep, and weight gain—that many women chalk up to “just stress.” Ashley shares simple daily tips to support hormone balance like getting morning sunlight, eating protein at every meal, moving after lunch, and keeping a steady sleep schedule. She explains how chronic stress messes with our hormones, slows metabolism, and makes us feel foggy and tired—especially for women juggling businesses, families, and everything else. Ashley talks about her company, LadyWell, and how she created supplements that combine adaptogens and botanicals to help women through PMS, fertility, and perimenopause. Ashley reminds us that even small self-care moments—like eating before coffee, walking without your phone, or taking the right supplements—can make a big difference in feeling balanced and calm.

Sue explains what that “critic” voice really is — and why it’s not your true self. She talks about the sneaky ways the critic shows up — for instance, making us play small, settle,  feel like we have to people-please all the time. She shares her first big step for breaking free: realizing motivation by criticism doesn’t actually work long-term. Sue explains how logging the good stuff in your day helps retrain your brain (and feels so much better than a to-do list!). She talks about how fear often hides behind the things we avoid — and how to gently coach yourself through it. She shares why she created her free course Living in Alignment to help you start this journey at your own pace. Sue encourages us to stay curious, be kind to ourselves, and remember that we’re always learning — no more beating ourselves up! Contacting Sue:

How to Deal with Complex Grief with Dr. Michelle Peticolas

Dr. Michelle Peticolas is an international best-selling author of Step Into Your Brilliance, as well as several other books

She is the award-winning filmmaker of Secrets of Life and Death, a professional speaker and life transformation coach.

Dr. Michelle helps high-achieving, mid-life women who have been thrown off track by a major loss to release their complex grief and transmute it into fuel for their achieving their soul’s purpose. Using her unique framework SERVE, she guides her clients through their grief healing, mind reset, and reconnection to their authentic brilliance.

In this episode:

Michelle shares how grief can feel like a heavy fog, but it’s also a doorway to rediscovering your purpose. Michelle talks about how her own grief started with childhood wounds and losing both parents within six months. Michelle explains that complex grief is when old emotional pain gets tangled up in your current loss — and yep, it can sneak up on you. Michelle encourages us to stop pushing down our feelings — bottling them up just leads to stress (hello, stomach knots!). Michelle introduces her SERVE method: Surrender, Engage, Reframe, Vision, Express — five steps to heal and start fresh. Michelle shares how our culture does grief all wrong — rushing through it, hiding emotions, and not giving women time to truly heal. Michelle invites listeners to take her free Complex Grief Checklist to see what might be stuck and get support that actually helps. Contacting Michelle
