It's easy to think successful 6 and 7 coaches have it all figured out, never experienced any failures, and have something that you don't. That could not be further from the truth.
I've had book signings that nobody showed up to except my husband and my bestie. I've launched programs that nobody bought. I've flopped major speaking gigs and had panic attacks in front of hundreds of people.
But I pushed through all of those uncomfortable moments because I believed in myself. I knew that each ?failure? was really just an experience. And they made me more resilient, more focused, and more determined to become a success.
In today's episode, I'm sharing 3 things I wish I knew before becoming a coach. I hope this episode saves you time, stress, and makes you feel less alone in your business.
Today I'm sitting down with top business coach Tiffany Carter to bring you a loving but powerful kick in the ass to get you inspired, motivated, and ready to take ACTION in your business.
We discuss:
How to be wildly successful and make a ton of money in your business even if (especially if) you are lazy
Why burnout is not a badge of honor
How to see things differently in your business + detach from your biggest fears
The role resistence plays in your life and your biz + how to shake it

I'm back again today for another episode in our Date Yourself First series. Today we're talking about why successful women settle for subpar men.
Have you found yourself with a project rather than a partner, time and time again?
Do you date men who you feel you can fix, elevate, and change so that they can be at your level?
Have you found yourself loaning your partner money, finding him jobs, and creating goals for him?
Have you lowered your standards and dated subpar men just because you were afraid to be alone?
Have you bought into the narrative that "nobody's perfect" so you might as well take what you can get?
There is a phenomenon among high-earning, high-achieving women who seem to attract low vibrational "fixer upper" partners. In today's episode, I will help you identify why this may be happening in your life and how you can put a stop to the cycle immediately.
Welcome to Date Yourself First: A Mini Series
This series of episodes is for every woman who is at a crossroads when it comes to dating and relationships. She feels exhausted. She feels like she?s been giving herself away to the wrong men for far too long.
It?s for the woman who has felt like ?too much? and not enough all at the same time. It?s for the woman who has found herself questioning her worth based on a man?s behavior. And although she has only ever been asking for the most basic things, she has been made to feel like she?s been asking for the world.
It?s for the woman who has spent far too much time trying to analyze and ?figure out? men. In this mini series, we?re going to talk about what it looks like to love yourself first, respect yourself, stay in your power, and master your emotions. I'm going to help you become your own best friend, create strong boundaries, build the healthiest relationship with yourself, and stop settling.
Today, we?re going to talk about?
How to Stop Dating Potential
How many times have you found yourself upset about the way the person you're dating is showing up?
Maybe you asked for something in the relationship, or set a boundary, and they weren?t able to meet that expectation.
Oftentimes, we create a fantasy-version of a man because we see his potential, or we think either he or the situation can change.
We see some things we like, so we choose to ignore red flags. We created an edited version of this person in our minds. If we are only dating a portion of them, we are dating a fantasy.
When you date potential, you are devaluing yourself. In today's episode, I'm helping you stop the cycle NOW so you can shift the focus to yourself, re-ignite your own potential, and begin living your best life.
Chances are, if you found your way to this podcast, you are not a basic woman. And you don?t want a basic life. Or a basic income. You don?t want to make a basic impact (or worse - none at all).
In this episode, I?m teaching you The Art of Unconventional Branding so that you can build an unconventional business and bring in unconventional cash.
I'm also breaking down the difference between personal branding + business branding and what to focus on first.
Grab a notebook because this epsiode packs a punch!
In today's episode, I'm sitting down with Juliette Porter and Jaymi Washburn from JMP The Label about why they decided to create a size inclusive swimwear brand and why it's so important to them to "do it anyway" and show up regardless of your fears. Get ready for some major girl power in this conversation, and grab a notebook because you'll surely want to take notes!

Has your mind ever felt like a runaway train, creating worst-case scenarios and letting fear take center stage? In today's episode, I'm sharing my best practices for stopping a spiral in it's tracks so you can get back to your best life.
When is the last time you created a real opportunity for yourself? Do you find yourself watching others live their best lives and build their dream businesses, wishing you could do the same for yourself? In today's episode, I'm talking about why it's so important to stop waiting and start putting yourself out there when it comes to your goals. Powerful women choose themselves, but it takes a mindset shift and a new perspective to do it. This conversation will show you how.
In today's episode, I'm talking about:
How life doesn't always play out the way we expect it to, but always the way we need it to
What to do when things don't go as planned
How my biggest heartbreak led me to where I am today
How many times have you found yourself in a spiral of overthinking? Do you often create stories in your head about things, overanalyze conversations or situations, and get stuck in your mind? In today's episode, I'm helping you stop the cycle of overthinking and master your thoughts so you can live better.

It's impossible to magnetize the things we want when our vibe is off. When we identify with a version of ourselves that never gets what she wants. When we feel low, drained, and disenchanted. In today's episode, I'm sharing tangible tips and shifts you can use right now to "kill the old you" and start attracting what you want now.
Have you ever felt paralyzed at the thought of making changes in your life? No matter how badly we want something, it can be challenging to see ourselves as the person who can actually make it happen.
So we wait. We put our success in the hands of "fate" or someone else who can give us our big break. Then, when it doesn't happen, we tell our old tired story of how we're "unlucky", we're not worthy, and that we'll never have the life we want.
In today's episode, I'm sharing my best tips and my own personal process on how to see things differently, and release the thoughts and things that are keeping you stuck. Grab a notebook, you'll want to take notes for this one.

Happy New Year! You heard it here first: 2022 is all about OWNING YOUR TRUTH.
Too often, people live for others; their parents, society, their church, their friends. They make decisions based on the status quo, and what they feel is "right" based on exterior standards.
They follow a certain set of rules and walk through life never truly acknowledging their own power and the dreams inside of them. Then they wind up unfulfilled, uninspired, and full of regrets. And f*ing MISERABLE.
In today's episode, I'm sharing some powerful questions to help you start standing in your power, owning your truth, and creating your best year yet.

You may know Tracy Tutor from Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles on Bravo, but besides the show, she is a bestselling author and real estate mogul, running the show in a male-dominated industry and doing it all in sky high heels. In today's episode, I'm chatting with Tracy about what it looks like to overcome your fears and failures, tap into your intuition, and truly own the rooms you're walking into.
In today's episode, I'm joined by my dear friend and fellow bestselling author, Amanda Frances, to share our top tips on how to write and self-publish your book so that you can expand your empire and leave your legacy.
Here's what most people don't understand: ??You do not need to have an English degree or a massive following to write and self-publish a life-changing book. And you certainly don't need a publisher. The days of waiting to be chosen or picked by a publisher are gone.
It's time to choose yourself.
In this powerful episode, we're sharing both of our experiences about what it looked like to write our respective books, where to begin if you dream of writing a book, why the traditional publishing model is outdated, and how easy it is to get YOUR book out into the world on YOUR terms.

I've always drawn so many life lessons from fitness. There is an incredible amount of mental fortitude required to push your body past your own self-imposed limits. But watching the extraordinary humans run the New York City marathon was a whole other level. In today's episode, I'm sharing 5 things I learned from witnessing the incredible strength and drive from these runners. I hope this episode inspires you the way watching them inspired me! Enjoy.
In the 13+ years that I've been creating, re-imagining, and refining my brand, The Champagne Diet, I've witnessed many "experts" and coaches offer different approaches to business building. Some I've agreed with, and some have been downright damaging.
One of the more popular approaches is finding your niche. And while I am not totally against niches, I don't think they are for everyone. If you've found something super specific and it's working for you and your audience - that's wonderful!
I just know I could not do the exact same thing for the past 13 years, and almost every single one of my business clients has come to me feeling suffocated by the idea that she has to choose some specialized segment of her market and never veer off course.
In today's episode, I'm sharing my thoughts on why the "niche" is dead and how we can begin to look at our brands from a completely different, more creative, empowered perspective.

Are you bringing main character energy to your business!?
That is the question du jour.
It's easy to feel like an extra when you spend your time looking around at everyone else online. You begin to doubt your own superpowers. You start comparing yourself to everyone in your industry and you talk yourself out of the things you want to do before you even get started. You forget how fucking magical you really are when your job becomes trying to fit in rather than blaze your own trail and stand out.
In today's episode, I'm going to help you supercharge your confidence and start showing up as the MAIN CHARACTER in your life and biz. Get ready for a powerful episode!

Today on the show, I'm chatting with Julia Haart, star of the Netflix series My Unorthodox Life, and Co-Owner and CEO of Elite World Group - the world?s first talent media conglomerate comprised of 48 global agencies representing over 5,400 of the world?s most dynamic talent. Julia is the definition of a BOSS.
Until the age of 42, she lived within the confines of an Orthodox Jewish community in Monsey, New York, where she was married off at the age of 19 (after only knowing her husband for a few hours), and went on to raise four children in a community where women had no rights, no voice, and no hope for anything other than becoming a mother and a wife. Miserable and desperate, Julia escaped Monsey and her Orthodox life with her children and reinvented herself into a fashion industry mogul. Her mission now is to shift the power dynamic among the talent in her agency by transforming them into media channels and internationally recognized brands. She wants all women to be financially free and empowered, and is doing so by revolutionizing the modeling industry.
Julia's story is inspiring, to say the least, and in this episode we talk about her path to self-reinvention, freedom, and finding and creating real love within herself and her family. Get ready to be blown away.
Be sure to watch My Unorthodox Life on Netflix, and click here to pre-order her book, Brazen, coming March 2022.

I'm back with a quick power episode on how you can be the CEO of your life, no the employee. There's a big difference between those two positions! If you're feeling overwhelmed, drained, and too available for everyone else, this episode will help you shift back into a place of power and become proactive about what's important to you so you can live better every day.
I used to hate saying no to people, especially early on in my career. I felt like I was letting someone down, then I'd get in my head and wonder if I was missing out on an opportunity, or if people would perceive me as a bitch (funny how that men don't think this way, right?) Once I started evaluating my energy, everything changed. I now check in with myself regularly and ask myself how I'm feeling. Do I feel drained? Or do I feel energized? And if I'm drained, what's the cause? Typically it's because I'm overextending myself. In this episode, I'm sharing practical tips on how to start saying no to others so you can start saying yes to yourself. Grab a notebook, because you'll want to take notes!
