Detectives believe he dismembered a woman, in a hotel room, but they also had good reason to believe that he may be a serial killer, even throwing the Scott Peterson case temporarily out of whack!!

Along the way, we find out that no matter how man y times a hotel changes its name, it's still the place where an awful murder took place, that a bright & happy child doesn't always turn into a bright & happy adult, and that when police think they have a serial killer, departments from everywhere start trying to clear some cases!!
