Found dead from a gunshot wound at Lumber River State Park in an officially ruled suicide, Mica Miller's cause of death is strongly contested by her family, attorney, and close friends, who point to potential whispering on her 911 call, multiple tire-slashing incidents, and a documented history of coercive abuse at the hands of her husband, Pastor John Paul Miller. Nancy Grace and her expert panel break down bizarre viral footage showing John Paul Miller throwing a face-down tantrum in the grass, alongside unsettling clips of Miller smiling and playing the piano immediately after announcing his wife's death. Featuring insights from psychoanalyst Dr. Bethany Marshall, YouTube host Robbie Harvey, and Mica's former attorney Regina Ward, the conversation dives into revelations from the Netflix documentary The Pastor's Wife and questions the thoroughness of the initial death investigation.
Pastor John Paul Miller currently faces two federal felony counts of cyberstalking following allegations of extreme harassment, which include calling Mica over 50 times in a single day, tracking her movements, and placing razor blades in her car tires. As the case against him moves toward a federal trial, authorities indicate that the broader investigation remains active and open. Nancy Grace and the panel discuss how Miller's erratic behavior could impact his defense before a federal jury, and if more charges could be coming. Anyone with relevant information should reach out to federal investigators at (803) 551-4200.

Following Lindsay Clancy's mistrial due to a 'hopelessly deadlocked' jury, the jurors who spent 6 weeks listening to complicated testimony, and 6 days trying to reach a decision are speaking out about their experience and deliberation room frustrations. Nancy Grace and her expert panel react to shocking interviews from jurors who admit they still believe Clancy may be guilty, yet voted Clancy was not criminally responsible simply to ensure she received mental health treatment. Nancy and her team unpack this apparent jury nullification, defense attorney Kevin Reddington's public targeting of the lone holdout juror, and whether the prosecution will entertain a potential plea deal.
Nancy and her panel also dive into an emerging tragedy in Frankfort, Illinois, where 40-year-old Corie Walsh allegedly strangled her two-year-old son, Barrett, with a cord before inflicting superficial cuts on herself. Despite Walsh's defense attorney insisting any link to Clancy is baseless speculation, the panel exposes chilling parallels: Walsh spent extensive time in online Clancy chatrooms prior to the killing, labeled her toddler the "Antichrist," and executed the attack while her husband was out of town.

Following a deadlocked jury and a declared mistrial in the high-profile trial of Lindsay Clancy, Nancy Grace and her expert panel dive into the fiery fallout surrounding the case. Clancy faced murder charges after strangling her three young children, Cora, Dawson, and Callan, with elastic exercise cords inside their home before attempting suicide. While Clancy's defense argued she was suffering from severe postpartum psychosis and command hallucinations, prosecutors presented detailed evidence of premeditation, including timed route searches and orchestrated errands to keep her husband away. Nancy Grace and her panel analyze the controversial trial aftermath, including defense attorney Kevin Reddington’s public attacks on a single holdout juror, his call for a presidential pardon, and the Commonwealth's anticipated push for a retrial.
A shocking copycat case in Frankfort, Illinois, has also sparked fear of a dangerous ripple effect from the trial's coverage. 40-year-old Corie Walsh, who was heavily active in online Clancy chat rooms, allegedly hanged her two-year-old son, Barrett, while similarly claiming a sudden "psychotic break". Psychoanalyst Dr. Bethany Marshall, forensic investigator Joseph Scott Morgan, and defense attorney Mark Astor join Nancy to debate the weaponization of mental health claims in criminal trials, examine disturbing social media trends surrounding postpartum intrusive thoughts, and break down the grim forensic realities connecting both tragic cases.

Since Nolan Wells' mysterious July 4th disappearance, theories are swirling about what could have happened to the 18-year-old student athlete. With official Jackson County records showing zero accidental drownings off Horn Island in six years, Nancy Grace questions the probability of claims that Nolan simply swam away from the crowds of boats or fell asleep in calm water. Featuring physical oceanographer Dr. Steven DeMarco, Nancy and her panel analyze weather conditions, tides, and water movement from that day, casting serious doubt on the initial riptide narrative. Forensic expert Joseph Scott Morgan also breaks down the body's condition and the perplexing location where Nolan was ultimately discovered two days after disappearing.
Now over nine weeks into the investigation, the case remains stalled amid a troubling lack of new details and total radio silence from authorities. Nancy Grace and her expert panel tackle growing frustrations over unexamined key evidence including Nolan's phone, which returned from the island without him and reportedly shows minimal activity, as well as delayed toxicology reports that leave critical questions unanswered. Anyone with information on the death of Nolan Wells is urged to contact the Jackson County Sheriff's department at (228) 769-3063. A $125,000 reward is being offered for details leading to the truth.

In Saratoga Springs, Utah, a 17-year-old girl returns home to find her mother, Jessica Lyman, and her 8-year-old brother, Eli Painter, shot in the head. While young Eli is pronounced dead at the scene, Jessica succumbs to her injuries three days later. A lengthy investigation leads to the arrest of Jessica's 16-year-old son, who currently faces murder charges in juvenile court in connection with the double shooting. Although the teen boy claimed he slept through the attack and subsequent emergency response, authorities uncovered a trail of disturbing evidence. Nancy Grace and her panel of experts break down what investigators found: hostile texts from the teen to his mother, gunshot residue on the clothes he wore that morning, and indoor home surveillance audio capturing three gunshots just minutes after a fierce argument between the mother and son.

Ghislaine Maxwell's latest bid to overturn her sex trafficking conviction has been rejected, leaving her 20-year prison sentence in place. The judge called her claims a "complete miscarriage of justice" based on speculation and falsehoods. Maxwell argued that newly released Justice Department files proved her innocence, but the judge ruled that those documents actually incriminated her further. Legal experts state she has virtually run out of standard legal avenues to challenge her 2002 conviction, leaving her future dependent on the potential for a presidential clemency.
Maxwell was transferred from a facility in Tallahassee, Florida, to the minimum-security Federal Prison Camp Bryan in Bryan, Texas.

On June 19, 2026, in Philadelphia, PA, a park ranger notices a black BMW parked in a restricted area near Independence Mall. Hearing a woman inside the car say, "you're going to hurt me", the Park Ranger decides to check things out. The driver is identified as Eugene Horsch. The female passenger produced identification bearing the name of Blair Tonzelli. Tonzelli had been reported missing in February 2023 BUT she had not been heard or seen since August 2022. The photo on the ID was the passenger's photo, NOT Tonzelli. Investigators determine the ID is fake. The woman tells investigators that Eugene Horsch gave her the ID. The woman tells investigators she needed the ID because she had outstanding warrants. This is how the "Philly House of Horrors" case began. Joseph Scott Morgan and Dave Mack discuss what has been discovered thus far and explain the 55-gallon drums, dissolving chemicals, and pipes tied into the local underground sewer system. Karmelo Anthony’s motion for a new trial in the stabbing death of Austin Metcalf,17, has been denied. Anthony, 19, was convicted of murder and sentenced to 35 years in prison after a jury rejected his self-defense claim.
In the motion for a new trial, Anthony's defense team claimed the trial was unfair due to:
Restrictions on public access to proceedings, citing security concerns, a “gentleman’s agreement” between prosecutors and defense to suppress potentially damaging character evidence about both Anthony and Metcalf, claims Anthony was coerced into waiving his right to testify because of the agreement, alleged jury instructions that self-defense did not apply if Anthony provoked the altercation.
New allegations and evidence put before the court as prosecutors revealed that Anthony’s ex-girlfriend reported him to school for stalking and sent texts saying he was “lowkey on the verge” and wanted to “stab someone” and “lick the blood off the blade.” Defense attorneys presented school and phone records showing Metcalf spray-painted racial slurs and phrases like “KKK” and “Heil Hitler.”
The Fifth Court of Appeals in Dallas will review the denial. Anthony’s attorneys, say they will continue the appeal and pursue all legal remedies.
